Create your laundry account on the booking page and enter your information. You can even leave notes on special treatment for our team! Remember, our goal is to make laundry day as easy as possible for you.
On Pickup Day
On laundry day, we’ll remind you when we’re on the way. Your driver will bring you your own, personalized bags for your laundry. This bag will stay with you after your order is delivered.
On Delivery Day
When your clothes are cleaned, neatly folded, and ready to wear, one of our delivery drivers will return them to you at the scheduled time. It’s that easy. All you have to do is put them away!

Our laundry service pricing is by weight for regular laundry—$2.50/lb, and $2.99/lb for pickup and delivery. There's a $35 minimum for in-store orders and a $50 minimum for delivery orders (including the delivery fee). Bulky items like comforters and bath mats are priced per piece. Yes. We serve ALL of Arlington neighborhoods with scheduled pickup and delivery across Arlington with morning, evening and weekend windows.
For your first pickup, place your laundry in any bag (like a kitchen trash bag). Our driver will transfer it into your branded Columbia Pike Laundry bag, which will be returned with your cleaned clothes and can be used for future pickups. You’ll receive a notification when the driver is on the way—usually less than 10 minutes out. Simply leave your laundry outside your door, and we’ll notify you once it’s picked up.

Yes. We pick up and deliver dry cleaning for added convenience so you don't have to waste a trip to the dry cleaner.

Standard Arlington laundry orders are turned around in 48 hours. Express next day laundry service is available for a fee. Note: Dry Cleaning orders have a 4 day turnaround.

Yes. In your preferences you can choose detergents which include scent-free options, water and dryer temperatures and add folding preferences in your notes. These notes are followed closely by the team.
Yes. We pick up from houses, apartments, and condos. You can add access details or any special instructions in your address notes.
Yes. Add stain notes at booking and include uniforms in your bag; we’ll treat and launder them.

No, you don’t have to schedule pickup and delivery. You can drop off laundry and dry cleaning at our Arlington store at 2602 Columbia Pike during business hours and pick it up yourself. Many customers choose drop-off for same-day or next-day service, while others use our pickup and delivery across Northern Virginia.
No, you don’t need to separate your laundry before pickup — we handle that for you. Our team sorts by lights, darks, and fabric type so you don’t have to. If you have special requests, like washing delicate items separately or using a specific detergent, just include a note with your order and we’ll take care of it.
